Ameesha Patel got the shock of her life when she returned to her Juhu house after 18 months. Her entire house was in a mess as her insensible tenants left the house completely in mess.
According to sources, Ameesha happened to rent her Juhu penthouse about a year-and-a-half ago. It was a fully furnished house located on 10th Road, Juhu scheme. She rented it to an employee from a big corporate firm.
But she was devastated to find all her furniture on the terrace completely ruined due to the rains. Broken taps, damaged fans and fuses, stained floors, ripped sofa covers, cushion covers and curtains.
Non serviced air conditioners and broken geyser lamps and taps left Ameesha in a state of shock and surprise trying to figure out as to how anyone could do something like this.
It seems now she wants the tenant to pay up for all the loss, which has come up to a figure of some lakhs after working it out with both the brokers.
All that Ameesha wants to do now is to start it from scratch and redo her entire house. Surely she would never in her life think of renting it out again!
